Yea and give you SOME chance of keeping the front end down at the drags. I Repeat SOME chance.

i dont get it

The longer the length of the bike the harder it is for the bike to lift up as the center of gravity is more towards the front and its a longer pivot to lift it up. Kinda like wheelie bars on a car... same principle

it'll be loud as. check out the lack of muffler. also take a good look at the calipers!
