Nah, checked the online bill and it's a local call. Some elaborate hoax maybe?

Ok I'm no rocket scientist, but when I call a local number (i.e. 9XXX XXXX or 6XXX XXXX) I get charged a local call rate. How can they charge you more on any of these numbers? The only way to be charged high prices is to call the premium services numbers (the late night 1902 numbers).
