you need a good quality battery... I have used a few of them cheap batteries before and the will last about 2 minutes if you are lucky on a glow plug. Start with a new quality battery and if you cant see it glow really bright when its hooked up then replace it.

get a new battery and a new glow plug...
They are cheap. I use OS plugs on my rcs. |

Get a decent Sub C cell and use an O.S. plug. You'll be sweet.

this thing is swweeeettt!!!!!! now i need to keep the wheels on the rims, haha.
|
You need to place a bead of cyanoacrylate glue between the tyre and rim, or go and buy some foam tyres already mounted on wheels....they'll never come off :)
|
then you just have to worry about busting the rims, I'm on my 4th set.
|
Super glue...
