On yer keypad... a key called PrtScn/SysRq, usually just above the insert & delete keys. Hit this with the shift key pressed & it will save whatever is on your screen at any given time to the clipboard.

Then paste or Ctrl-V it into a Word doc.

There's probably a better way to do it, like saving it directly as a .jpg but I dunno how. Sum1 on here is bound to know.
