Try and find somewhere you can do Muai Thai and Brazilian Ju Jitsu. Dangerous standing up and on the ground, very explosive as well.

Where do u box? Do they do classes?? Or do u just rock up and have a punch?

I do BJJ at Cannington kickboxing under Grayson West. I see a green GC8 all the time. Went to Fight Club for a while but prefer Cannington
Used to do Wing Chun and would love to do both but simply cant spare the time

I did Zen do Kai and Kickboxing at Sean Allens in greenwood. Actually saw someone die during a class, was pretty harsh!

did Kungfu, Judo and Jujitsu over the years but cant beat Boxing for rock up when you can and train - all the other styles required a lot of commitment and training to learn patterns to be any good.

Miss a few weeks and you are in trouble.

With boxing just rock up and belt a bag, get fit and spar a bit.

last trained at Develerez when they were in Bayswater - used to see Green machine there. Quite some time ago though.

Justin, a good friend of ours... he has history of bodyguarding many big name people that come into the country, also trained Chris Mainwaring during his Footy golden days...excellent instructor.. he gave us a wedding gift of gun shooting in Whiteman Park.. all i can say is after that, Jen is a 'trigger happy' kinda shooter
