Yeah it's illegal. Have seen the cops talking to them numerous times at Tonkin Hwy/Great Easter Hwy. Obviously don't get fined or anything or maybe they would get the hint!

I've also had to chase them out of the drive thru at hj's numerous times when i used to work at Belmont HJ's. cheeky fockers!

These little non reflective cousins do it in the car park next to BP in Huntingdale. No dramas there except they openely go and steal the bucket and sqeegee (?) thing from the BP right next door. They got quite indignant when I told them no and went to do it anyways.
