I would say yes and no, but i believe at the end of the day, we will have to see who has the $$ to buy it. But of cos he will have to go thru the proper procedure before he start selling his shares.

When purchasing over $500,000 you are considered a sophisticated investor and there are a different set of rules applied.

Considering this is a publicly listed company I'd look at selling them to the market in small parcels over time?? Or approach institutional investors.

Holding 55% would be considered a negative by most investors due to one person/shareholder having control - bit like Telstra
