i know this isn't a ride-on lawn mower but is the Talon 4-stroke mower any good? I have fine grass and i'm not sure whether it would be suitable for it as i hear that these mowers are more ideal for buffalo. i saw it for about $250 and i don't really want to spend more than that

If you have wintergreen or something of the lighter sort, use a cylinder/drum-blade type mower or you'll do nothing but ruin it.
