beep test
 

Hi guys....does anyone have a beep test cd or mp3 that I can copy.
Or know where I can get one from.
In case people dont know what Im on about, its beeps that get faster and faster (for running between 2 points) as you get further up stages.

what's everyone's best times? mine was 14.1 January this year for footy training. and yes it is evil...

Beep tests bring back bad memories from school. I got 13 something, and i nearly spewed. Fuck that!!

Yeah mate in the process :) Not only do i need to get fit but need to get my maths up to scratch as well. My mates are all in im the last to drag my slow ass along haha

Its a bit repetative but it gets harder ;)

While we are on the topic of getting fit. Any one north need someone to get fit with. Need someone to be motivated with and job etc etc.
