Default postage/freight from USA to perth

i have a whole heap of stuff i need to get over. probably 1x boxes similar size of beer cartons not weighing anymore than half a carton.
anyone had first hand experience minus fedex, dhl, ups as they charge ridiculous amounts.

your really not leaving yourself many options. Probabally about $150 - $200 FEDEX and you will have it in a few days

If you can wait 6-8 weeks then just use surface mail with US Postal Service, get insurance as well. Will cost much less to send than using the air freight companies mentioned.

ive done surface/sea mail before also and does take a very long time. cost around $60 for a package the size of a carton like you mentioned, only weighed about 4-5kg tho. Never had any dramas with UPS

I sent similar to the same size home when I was in Cali.

Maybe mine was a little bigger.

It was $60USD not including insurance.

I beat it home... by 4 weeks....
And i sent it 4 weeks before I left.

Badddd postal system in the U.S

Remember surface mail from USA to Aust means ocean freight and we are on the opposite side of the world and other side of equator. We could not be further away if we tried.

well for 25lbs or 11kgs (coilovers for my chev) they want 375 dollars postage with dhl fedex bax global etc... usps want 110 plus $14 pickup. will probally go with them... i have a friend in the u.s but there is no point them sending me stuff if i dont know the cheaper companies to send with.

ups are $347... USPS are the cheaper company. $160 air freight with West Coast Chev..
