Yea saw this on the news, this man is getting a crap load of exposure!! what do you think the home and contents is actually worth, with the rest of the assets??? but if he makes a nice profit good on him, smart marketing.. :cool:

House is worth about $410,000, I doubt the rest would be worth $20g if he was to sell it, dunger car, bikes & jet ski, SFA furniture, only thing of any value is the spa.

There have been 10+ bids over 1 mil so at least one of them will be legit, plus the auction is only open to registered bidders.

Don't forget this has more value to someone moving from another country than just a house and some stuff.
Hes giving them a life, people to meet and take them around perth, everything they need to just rock up and get going no worries about bringing to much of there own stuff over.
Hes even giving them a job opportunity which for alot of people moving is VERY important to start straight away.
I doubt anyone in Perth is bidding over 1 mil for it though because we are already here, have jobs and know alot of people.
