Well alot of people in england hate it thats why so many move here, it wouldn't be hard for them to sell EVERYTHING they own including a nice car and house (if they are in england houses are very expensive) for a decent amount. Also whilst they might have a job they can do from australia there wife might want to take the job.

Or there are some BIG families that might sell all there houses in whatever country and move into this one together while they earn enough for a second house and so on. Again I'm sure one of them would be grateful to walk straight into a job.
