3k premium is ridiculous. You must have one bad driving history. My driving history is not very good and I am only paying $800 per year. Insured at $30K with mods listed, careless driving, 2 speeding fines and 4 claims over 2 years.
and Under 25

But yes Age excess is a bastard. I think its $700... $450 age $250 basic.

3K is about right for a 19 y/o on his P's....

I know myself and others were being charged about 2.5K @ 20. From both HBF and RAC. But neither will touch you for a turbo sports car once you loose license.

Ohh and a $700 excess are hardly worth complainin about

Since you have 3rd party, wait until some old datsun piece of shit runs into you and they dont have ANY insurance.

Don't think it does not happen. It happened to my mate in his car. He didnt have insurance because he had the same opinion as you. Problem is until you get ploughed into by some dickhead.

In saying all of that I can see why you dont want to pay for Comp.. $3K is daylight robbery!

If u read it goes down mate, 2.5 maybe less next year, then less than that they one after, also what if u get hit by some cunt and he pissed off and your wrx is written off? who gonna pay then mate? Its alot to pay i know but its worth it for my baby. I can afford it and i'm driving the car i've always wanted and i'm only 19, so in my eyes, yes it is alot to pay but it is worth it.
