Google Chrome beta - what does everyone think
 

has anyone downloaded and tried the new "Google Chrome" beta web browser? well i downloaded it yesterday and find it runs so much better than ie. its faster and easier, but the only thing, i cant seem to turn OFF pop up blocker, i need it off to be able to use some things at work.

it gives you the option to "notify me when a pop up is blocked" but i cant even allow a pop-up??

yep downloaded it, seems pretty good, and the fact that you shut down a tab thats crashing is awesome.

do u know how to turn off pop up blocker??

AMAZING best browser I have ever used, some of the features are beyond awsome. I give it 10 thumbs up.

Yeh thumbs up but they need to put their own Google toolbar in there haha

I like the pop-up blocker/pr/search of the toolbar

A few things annoying me, Bankwest IBS doesn't work. Some links in Facebook broken and the really odd one, I can't even bring up the Gmail page!!

you might find that since its a beta they havent added that functionality in there yet.
Give it a few more revisions i think.

might download this later, but for now firefox is still the best.

Wierd, gmail works fine here.

They will always be in beta :P look at gmail still beta years later, Google don't seem to have release cycles, good thing is keep it in Beta and if someone says its broken, "oh its beta" hehe smart I think.
