If they indeed have done this then they didn't slow down enough to be able to stop, which is my point. Very careless. Not an assumption, just a view on correct procedure.

when ever i see cops in patrol car 1 man and 1 woman and the woman is driving, Wonder why they let them.

i was at the lights of guildford rd and lord st when i seen a flat top tow truck go past with the cop car on the bak, the front end of it was fairly smash up, must have been doin a fair speed.
feel bad for the wrx owner, but farkn funny bout the cop car.

They cant afford to the cars all have on board GPS so everything is recorded.
