there are no compliance plates for the new GTR yet only b-reg i think

Doubt it - the GTR has to comply with M1 Targa Regulations which permit very limited modifications.

Considering IMG is advertising road registered GTR's for $175k, then that's a lot to ask for a roll cage, seats & other minor bits.
