Fred, put it like this, he is losing money on the car, if it was to sell.

Being pretty much the first got to do it in a market in which the car doesnt exist = alot of r and d, thus alot of time and money.

Sure - the car is both expensive and cheap depending on how you look at it.

Cheap if you compare it to a Targa prepped GT2, Lambo, etc.

Expensive if you compare it to Glenney's Targa Tassie winning Evo or a PBMS prepped STi.

Putting a $ value on R&D and being the first person to do it will always be hard to measure - the market will ultimately tell. I was just pointing out that under the M1 Targa regs the only mods you can do (apart from safety gear) is ECU, springs, dampers & brakes.

It is B-reg. Still has dvd / gps / dual zone climate control.

My guess is the price is a bit inflated over what it owes. No better time to sell it though. Still less than half the price of the lambo or the Porka.

Car is $90k FOB in Japan.
Probably $120k landed with all duties / taxes
Cage would be at most - $25k
Exhaust - $3k
Seats and Harnesses - $6k
Miscellanous - Brake Pads / Rotors etc - 5k
Rally monit computer - $1k
Cobb Computer - $2k

Brendon

The car still has the stock 6 pot Brembo's front & rear. Braided lines, 2 piece rotors & pads would easily be under 5K.

How has it been boosted ?

Im dying to know - cant run more then stock without it triggering limp mode.

Fail.

Brendon, like I wrote earlier, at that price, its selling at a loss.
