OK....never one to back down (even when I know I've made a monumental fuckup that'll surely reduce me to laughing stock!) I will be ordering said neons tomorrow am! (why, god only knows??)

1 question though? why all the hostility, especially about closing thread etc? isn't a forum for discussing things, sharing info and generally having a laugh/taking the piss?? So far I have been accused of being a 1 post advertiser & a cop (fucking far from it I can tell you!). Just joined here in the hope that I could share some of the experiences you guys n girls have had and hopefully meet up with a few of ya when out and about?? I'm new to owning a scoobie (or any decent car for that matter!) so I'm likely to ask stupid questions and open myself up for total pisstaking, but why always be so negative eh?

Fair enough. Sorry mate. I was the same when i joined up. Its just no one really likes neons. Espec on a performance orientated site. But they can look good.

Fair enough....everyone is entitled to an opinion.....isn't thatwhat a forum is for??? But when people comment straight away "lock this thread" etc isn't being a bit small-minded or lacking any respect for others? I've also asked about "your favourite drive" which got locked down pretty quick....why was that? don't people like driving their cars? I was simply looking for ideas of where to go and what to do - I've already been done 4points and $500 within 6wks of being here so don't wanna get caught out anywhere that the "boys in blue" hang out.
