As most of you lot will know i have been aching to move to oz for the last year well i got a good call today from my solicitor to say the house is gonna be complete come the 14th november providing no hiccups along the way

anyway we are now looking for some were to rent for a while around bunbury (although doesnt have to be there but its preferred) does anyone have any units they rent out or no any one with a unit to rent doesnt have to be too big but dont want a little box either lol ideally want a garage as i will be buying a scoob and want it in there (i dont have a garage in the uk )

anyway any help/advice we would be very gratefull for i have been looking on real estate au but i dont know how renting works as we have only ever had one property which is this one we are selling now.

its gonna be a mad rush for the next two weeks i am hoping to fly out on or around the 20th (phizzle i will have all those lovely crystal lights with me)

You're lucky that it's taken so long, Aus dollar has turned to poo & house prices are dropping, as far as renting goes you'll probably have to wait till you get here & look for what you want, either Bunbury or Australind would be your best prospect & there are a few southeners on here who will possibly be able to point you in the right direction as far as what you need & which areas to avoid.

we are just gonna hire a car from perth drive down to bunbury then it s a case offinding some were to rent or hope fully we will have that sorted before we land and then getting my car

if you can get a rental either just out of town, or in australind. the prices have come down a bit, i think RedFox on here is either selling or renting his i can't remember, and thats in Bunbury.
