Yeah no shit !! People at work force me into it .. I have to "represent". It's freakin crazy i know.

I think Subway is meant to be a "healthier" alternative rather than 'healthy'

kind of like having a 'lean beef burger' at maccas.. its not healthy.. but its better than a quarter pounder !

we found an awesome deli/fruit store place on sunshine coast that have a mini cafe in it. Cappuccino for $2.50 and its AWESOME. Wicked panini's for $5.95 with fresh ham and cheese and all sorts of stuff. Dan and I can have 2 cappuccinos, 2 panini's and side of bombed potato salad for the same price as 2 "value meals" at any fast food place.

shame thats the exception rather than the norm these days.

Good old road kill. I've been whipping up my own biltong and sometimes beef jerky lately. Delicious and only costs me about $20 a kilo. Just need to keep it away from the family and friends haha.
