Engagement
what do u give a couple for their engagement present? if there is such a thing.
or just save it for the wedding? |
We are having our engagement party in a few weeks and we have been living together for about 6 years so we dont need any of that housey stuff so we are just asking for cash or vouchers.
|
ahh cool man, so just housey stuff pretty much , since they are not living together yet.
thanks , btw congrats :) Jim |
I think just save it for wedding the present. Dont think engagement need to do gave anything, unless you want too.
|
We are inviting people to our engagement who we cant invite to our wedding due to size etc.
Lets hope your invited to the wedding hehe |
^ hahaha lets hope so. nah im going to be the groomsman. its my cousin , his marrying an italian chick , usually in asian culture we dont give nothing for engagement and just give alot of cash for their wedding, i think i will buy them a juicer/blender since they both like to keep fit.
cheers again going to be a good night tonight woot :) Jim |
Whilst on the topic...
Im off to my sisters wedding next week. Because they move around a lot, they have asked for no pressies, instead they are having a wishing well to donate money. Im just going to chuck $100 in there. but should I also buy just a small gift or something? considering its my sister, and the wishing well is more of an anonomous donation... |
well as long as you dont get a fking voucher, like money only less useful.
|
my god asian + italian will there be 10000 guests?
|
^ haahha yeah its going to be massive there will be probably 500+ people.
Meatbag dont worry about a small gift the more money the better :) |
