Recommend a good workers comp lawyer
Hi all,
Im looking for a recommendation for a good workers comp lawyer as the insurance company handling my case is wanting to offer me a premature settlement payment before my degree of impairment is even completed. Any advice or experiances would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, Wayne |
Advice - dont take what they offer....they arent going to be doing it cause its good for you
make them double it then think about it. Sorry i couldnt be more help. |
Who is the insurer?
My father has worked in workers comp for the last 30 years. I should be able to get you a name. |
I know they always try to get you to take the first offer as its going to
be nowhere near what they should be paying. Best not to say too much on here! |
Under "NO" circumstances use Pual O'Haloran & Ass, I ended up having to get a lawyer to sue them for overcharging me lol.
It's pot luck out there but tell them to shove their offer up their freckle & get some representation..........then be prepared for a long drawn out arse raping, buy a photocopier too and do it yourself as they will charge you something like 45c per copy and they make a copy of everything for everyone, my photocopying bill was over $1,200 alone. |
I used to work for Slater & Gordon.
Give them a call... |
PM sent dude.
