Weird Car

Ok, my Dad is in Monaco at the moment and has just emailed me some photos of a car he has seen. Anyone know what it is??

I recognise the logo as 'G' for Giugiaro (famous car designer) but im also intrigued by this car and trying to google but coming up empty.
Looks like the G-Whiz's ugly sister heh!
