i cant find a pic in your thread with the original dash but if it has a sun visor lip to cover the original speed, recess the aim dash so it is hidden. then it wont look so stark...

i would love one of these...

I found one with the old dash + gauges

Now what I'm trying to picture is original complete dash with original steering wheel mounted up + a digital logger in place of the two big tacho's in this pic but nicely mounted up and all.

Btw I had a look at the MXG and the want for one is very high, it looks absolutely great.

Love that thing of yours, I remember thinking of it when I passed this little one in Laos a couple of years ago, funny thing is it was a rhd Thai car in a lhd country though only about 15kl from the bridge/border, there is also one like yours sitting on a verge up here in Exmouth, looks pretty straight too, I'll try get some snaps if I can find it again.

I love the old ke10/11's, I remember one popping up on gumtree which had only one owner and it sold to the first caller, it was off within the two hours of being advertised.
Would love a untouched one but to come across one again is impossible.
I remember seeing some old ke's in Jakarta and the owners were very proud of owning one when you give them the thumbs up.

Another lot of pics to add to my file full of corollas
Thanks for sharing and will look forward to the Exmouth one

I thought what you start you must finish so as it's nearly up and running would be ideal to have an update nearing completion.

Will update when I get back home next week with some high res pics and update all the parts/mods list on first page as a lot has changed

Just to add if you want wiring done hit up Bram as he's wired the whole car for me from chassis wiring to the engine loom. The set up is pretty trick and with quality wires and plugs through out. Literally every wite has been replaced through out from scratch with custom relay set up and fuse box, Link fury ECU and heaps more

Just one of his jobs here
