Touch wood I have not had dramas with my gryphon one but unit 2 ( identical door and motor ) has had dramas a few times and had a panel bend like a banana when the accidentally shut it on a rather flimsy broom.

Was builders choice but if I did it myself I would be looking for something a little more solid if there is anything available.
