Hi Guys,

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my 1998 Accord V6-L.

Problem - The car keep revving between 1K RPM -2K RPM when set in Park or Neutral. When in gear, the RPM sit at approx 1100 RPM and even I'm breaking. It feels like the fuel throttle is constantly open. No visible oil leak on the ground, no black smoke only white steam. Odo is 200,000+Kms. The car hasn't been running for 5 days. I drive around for 5-10 mins but the problem still there. I was told it might be the air sensor. Any idea what is the problem and how much it will cost to fix it? Or anyone qualify like to fix it?

Air flow meter of Idle air control valve stuck.....get it diagnosed properly, both are too pricey to guess at over the net.
