Wreckers wont take a car? What do I do with it then...?
 

Anyone know where I can get rid of an old 1989 camry? The bearings are shot and the engine is noisy as hell. I'd have another engine dropped in it (as the rest of the car is decent) but cant find anywhere that will do it for a price that is worthwhile. Anyway, all the wreckers I've called don't want it... even for free... where can I get rid of the damn thing?

join up to freecycle.org , someone will definitely want it

If you want to repair it go to Pickles auctions and buy another 1989 Camry with minor accident damage and low kays for ~$150 and fit the engine yourself. Learn something about your car at the same time. Even if you fail, you've only lost a few hunge and probably learned a bit.

Otherwise Sims metal will still take car bodies.
