Yeah I know, my mate just had similar surgery, still nasty to watch it come out.

Mate of mine had his taken out a few years back, he couldn't stop crying for a good 10 minutes, apparently that is a normal reaction for some people :eek:

I had a few surgeries in one this time last year and Septoplasty was one of them. I obviously couldn't see what the plugs looked like when they pulled them out but the waterfall of blood that gushed from both nostrils for 15 minutes was pretty gross. I then had what looked like a tampon strapped to my face for a few days afterwards.

PS I got the nurses to give me some Endone about half an hour before they pulled the plugs out so I didn't feel a thing :D
