I have started going to the gym again and I am at that point now I am finding it hard to put muscle on so I am going to start drinking whey. I bought some whey a while back and I pulled it out last night I looked at the EXP date and it was the 08/2009. Can this stuff go off or would I be fine drinking it. I have also been told that you cant bring it into Aus anymore so I will have to find some Aus made whey. Does anyone know a good one I dont want to get a bag of sugar like most of them are.

The whey I have is the gold standard 100% whey.

how much have you got left? dont bin it, it wont be off! its powder it will store for ages if its sealed.

if you struggle to put on mucle i wouldnt just be having whey after your workouts. depending on your diet i guess.

ps: if you are going to bin it i will grab it

it looks fine the packet has like a zip seal like glad bag its just on the back of the packet it has EXP/08/09 so I just not sure if it would be ok its a huge bag like the big bag and I have only used about 1/4 of it if that.

yeah thats the 10lb bag.

if you struggle to put on weight you will be better of with a mass gainer or eating more
