Default Navteq maps for HITV

Just on the off chance does someone have a copy of the Sep 09 maps ( which look like the latest ones ) and can confirm if the North and South freeway extensions are in them.

Don't want to drop $129 bucks for the disk and find out it is as up to date as the interactive map on the Navteq website.

Pretty disappointing if major freeway additions are not added pretty much immediately.

You can run garmin igo maps on hitv units. You can download igo maps off torrents.

Ok Updated the firmware to the latest version and seems all good.

Just downloading IGO 8.3.2 Australian map.

Exactly where do I copy the files into and when you say change the screen resolution is there something in the HiTv settings or is it in the head unit you need to change something.

Apologies for being a pest!!!

When I did it, I threw the SD Card into my machine from the HiTV, Copied the file structure off to a folder on my machine and created a backup

Then just copied the igo stuff into the existing structure, copied the config txt file off the old hitv nav setup to the new hitv igo setup and i was pretty much done
