didn't look like anyone was seriously hurt, the bus that had hit the car had just moved so we could get some pics, all the news crews were just riocking up also, so no doubt it will be all over the news tonight, but you heard it here 1st on p-diddy ;)

Missus sent me a MSG saying CAT bus ran a red pushing a car into restaurant and a 12 yo is dead.

WTF if that is true, isn't there fixed red light camera there?
Spooky stuff tho as my wife and son was going to take a cat bus into town this arvo but ended up driving in... Pandemonium I'd imagine :(

holy fuck, not good, glad you're mrs didn't take the bus mate, would have been pretty epic to be standing up inside the bus when it happened

I heard the car ran the red and swerved to avoid the CAT bus... Damn Chinese Whispers... or maybe they were Japanese Whispers this time... hey hey! C'mon!

A car has smashed through the front of a Japanese restaurant in the Perth CBD, injuring five diners, including a child.

The car crashed into the Matsuri Japanese restaurant on the corner of Hay and Milligan streets at about 2pm (WST) after hitting a bus, a St John's Ambulance spokesperson said.

It is believed four adults and one child, who were inside the restaurant at the time, suffered relatively minor injuries and were taken to hospital.

Four ambulance vehicles were deployed to the scene, where traffic diversions were put in place.
