Setting up Outlook Express on a new PC with old email address
 

Hey there people,

A friend of mine recently purchased a new laptop as their old one packed it in, they are having difficulty setting up their old email address on the new computer through Outlook Express.

I personally never use Outlook so i have no idea where to begin troubleshooting. Their ISP (Telstra) told them because their email address is not "@bigpond.com" they can't help them set it up over the phone.

I didn't get any OS specifics but can get this info if it is required.
