Jailbreak and update
 

this is to all u iphone heads out there :)
i have a iphone 3gs 3.1.3 jailbroken is it possible to update to 4.0.1 and jailbreak it at the same time or seperate, and not loose all my free/paid apps

Yes it is possible and fairly easy as the device is already jailbroken on 3.1.3. You just need to create or grab a 4.0.1 custom firmware file.

Since this is an iphone thread might as well continue with something also...

Since ive upgraded to version 4 software. I have a 3GS.. my phone is fked..

Slider bar freezes so i cant answer phone or even access phone..

Also makes a beeping sound for no reason at all, like ive got a message or something but nothing happens..

then the phone will randomly take a picture of my screen??

Anyone had these issues??

your 3GS is having problems? have you dropped it/got water on it? if not it may be the software playing up. What firmware is it running?
