Wanted: In car footage of hill climb @ MT Ommanney
 

Hey Guys,

If anyone has any info on the hill climb at Mount Ommanney near Northam I sure would appreciate it. I'm looking for in car footage or external videos of different parts of the course, and maybe some mud maps or course desriptions.

I haven't run this course before and need to get an idea of how its laid out.

Any help is appreciated.

alex, protoprance has footage from incar when we did the owners club hill climb last year, and I have a copy of the afarcc hillclimb day that i can give you took. you cheeating bastard :) take a drive out to omaney, its only 100km it doesnt take very long !

you start on a slight incline, with the owners club boys the rear wheels were chocked. you get to 3rd gear on a straight which then it winds left, drop down to 2nd (or first) for a uphill right hander hairpin. road curves around to the left, and then halfway round it tightens, then you go over the flying finish and you need to be on the brakes hard so you dont go into the other cars at the top

takes ages to get to northam when half the damn way there its roadworks and you hiave to go between 60-80km h..... :mad:
