i bought one of these yesterday and i think there quiet shit....they dont play majority of my movies?? any help on why it doesnt would be appreciated

mine plays everything I throw at it. HD MP4 included.

That's my reason for going with the ASTONE it plays everything including all the strange Asian formats like RMVB etc, stupid thing is the Mini WD plays these but not many others that the bigger WD Live does??? Go figure.

If you cant get it to work with updates etc then take it back and try something else.
