I'm a member of AUS BBQ forum Dave and Chris from Urban griller was the one who provided the info on how to source a new water pan when mine blew a hole.
For info - Chris is a big fan of Frank's gourmet meats in Freo for meat supply and sells a mean gas BBQ upright smoker for next to nada. If anyone wants to see the collection of various BBQs for BBQ mastery look HERE. |
that smoker does look MINT.
I would say that my grates are more heavy duty and are also easier to clean, Expanded metal will be a nightmare. Mine does not weigh 100kg........mine would be 50kg max mine is also bigger :) Dave, get 1 |
I thought Dave was ordering one from you Tristan?
