The DP's are employed by AHG and have no investment in the dealerships themselves. In fact, they are usually moved from dealer to dealer every few years.

The GTR franchise is given to 2 dealers in WA, the other being Magic Nissan in Melville. Magic Nissan is owned by Richard Bennett i believe? who is not really involved on the day to day stuff anymore.. he has other interests.

Nah, AHG's central stock controller for all the Nissan Dealers. My brother is the DP at Northside's.

Does anyone know if they fixed the LC in 2009 models? The seller has told me his never used the LC and says he will get it checked and proof on paper from the dealer that warranty is still intact

You can tell with the Data download if the car has been LC'd. Just take it to a GTR dealer and ask them to give you the info. It's a fairly easy thing to do.

If its an 09 model, you will still void the warranty by using launch control (I just double checked). Only the 2011 models have the LC covered under warranty.

^ Will most definitely get the seller to provide a data check. Do you know if the 09 Models have LC1 or LC2? and also I read that 09 models can be taken back to the dealer for reprogramming on the LC to make it less aggressive. Do you know anything about this? be awsome if you could find out if the dealers do that. I read that they do it in the US but not sure in aus
