Hey Guys

Selling a house - and have a pergola that needs to get counsil approval. Been to counsil and they looked at plans - said everything looked ok -just need to organise a report from a structural engineer to say all is OK.

Now - I have booked it in with a company to have it done - BUT they say upto 2 weeks. I need this done ASAP.

So if you know of anyone - or can can help - drop me a line.

i used 'structerre' not long ago. fairly quick and cost about $300 for the report on a large perimeter retaining wall.

be prepared for council dramas if the engineers dont like it

All sorted - I had booked structerre originally but fark waiting for them ( told me anyday with in 2 weeks)

Ended up ringing a engineer that lovely Heidi hooked me up with - came out that night, did all the reports and signed off on everything. Cost was half of structerre as well.
