Hey all

Can any computer wizzes install or help upload like an antilag program or i think its called froyo 2.2 as i have been reading up on it and havnt had much luck with getting done. have seen that going through an odin program is the easiest but unsure how that works.

Voodoo lag fix is what your thinking of.
If you go to the whirlpool forums and have a look at the android subforum you should find all the info your after.
Ah mate of mine at work used the odin method to fix his phone and it runs perfectly now!

Some samsung galaxys (such as mine....) have "Recovery Mode" disabled, which is needed to apply the fix.
You can test to see if recovery mode works yourself: (from whirlpool)

1. Put battery back in
2. Press and hold Volume Up + Home Key
3. Continue holding those buttons and then press and hold power.
4. When you see the logo pop up release power ONLY
5. Keep holding two buttons from step 2 until you enter recovery mode.

If it doesn't work, you will have to do a search and find the recovery mode fix first (I did find it on the XDA developers forum somewhere...)

Bah, you wont need it. I have loaded Dutty's / Android cooked ROMs on my HTC HD2 and applyed all sort of fixes from XDA.

That site is gold.
