Luxury appartment to share

Hey guys,
just started to rent an appartment in rivervale in one of the new complexes.
Its a 3x2, very big, fully furn.
Has pool, spa, sauna, gym and pool table in common area.
Fully secure undercover parking, great location.
Looking to rent 1 bedroom with own bathroom.
