Default OK so who was a nerd and downloaded Lion last night???

Ok I'll fess up that I did. So far pretty impressed with the changes I have discovered.

Not sure if anything really is that revolutionary but do like Launchpad, changes to Mail and Mission Control seems to work better than Spaces did.

Also like the backwards scrolling. It is more natural but it is taking some effort to retrain myself.

I am going to get it soon but with my Mac being my home computer, TAFE assignment computer and work computer (my income!), I am not risking anything until a few weeks down the track or so. They'll have had feedback from a larger amount of people than just BETA testers (including designers running the CS suite etc) and can fix bugs they would have missed. Ya can't beat an actual release when it comes to finding bugs haha.

Used to two finger swipe on a touch pad up to scroll down on a page now its the other way around same as on a iPhone or iPad. Sounds wrong but its the way it probably always should have been. ( It can be turned off if you want to stick with how it used to be )

...and the last version of OSX.
Next OS will be a big change to support Apple's new 'ideas' for computers. Well, so the countless hypotheseducationalguestimate rumours go...

Just a heads up for the creative types...
there are known issues with some of a lot of Adobe's programs, which Adobe will try and sort ASAP.
Some of it is so basic, like not being able to save a file if it's on the desktop.
If you design shit for a living, might be worth holding off a bit.

Some info below (Google turns up more)
Known Issues with Adobe products on Mac OS 10.7 Lion
