Been having a break from ribs lately (and miss them dearly), but have instead been buying a full eye fillet and slapping big cuts of it on the bbq and eating it with steamed vegies and hot english mustard cooked super tender.

I have been eating chunks of eye fillet every night cooked on the hot grill for 2 weeks straight. I am addicted.
