Ipod dock recommendation
 

Hi All,

Currently in the market for a nice looking/sounding Ipod dock with speaker capability for my small living room.
Been looking at the egg shaped Zeppelin Air because it’s all over apples’ store.
Any Zeppelin user here to share some feedback?

Do you have any recommendation on the other docks with similar price range and features $800-$1000?

I got a pair of these, [url=http://www.aktimate.com.au/mini.html]Mini[/url]

Fairly large units (even though mine is the mini) but can be used for other things besides ipods. Been using them for the last 6 months and they have been great. Gets quite loud without distortion as well. I am no audiophile but I do think they sound excellent.

These guys, [url=http://www.douglashifi.com.au/Products/Mini%20&%20Portable%20systems.php]Ipod, Mini & Portable Systems[/url] had them on special for $499 and the larger ones for approx $700 when they relocated.

Zeppelin is awesome, otherwise if you are keen to spend a little bit more, the Bang & Olufsen offering is pretty amazing. Bit exxy though at $1499 - but looks absolutely shmick too.

Brian I know the state manager for Bose, so might be able to help out if you choose something in their range.

+1 for the Bose Sound Dock 10 - awesome sound...actually got it as a wedding gift (probably the only non-domestic item we got and one i actually use :p)

If I say I know TJ will he give me deal on dvd lifestyle package ! ?? haha, nah seriously do want though, but not till early next year.
