Default Garage workbench/storage options

Looking to expand the garage into something more useful and am specifically after a workbench.

Looking for something solid and heavy duty, preferably in steel. Not after timber benches, anything flimsy or in aluminium, and haven't got the time to build anything. Looking to spend around $250.

It's generally used for welding, grinding, pulling apart/reassembling things, etc. Have a large toolbox I'd like to fit on a corner of the bench also.

Any ideas/suggestions? What do you all have (pics are always nice!)?

Steel frame (patio tube - cheap and easy) tied into garage structure with form ply top.

Great for working on, doesn't damage heads etc. and easily holds the weight of a complete engine. Lots of storage underneath. Sorry, no pics to hand.

Had a steel top bench, quickly put a wood topping on as it is so much nice to work on. Always made my own as it is pretty simple, so unsure where to buy.

Bunnings have some decent benches at the moment so worth checking out.

Probably not what you're after.

but I'm surrounded by houses being built with plenty of scrap around. I made my workbench out a botched door and some roofing timber. Whoever was installing the door drilled the handle hole wrong and threw it out. It's as solid as can be and being wood is very nice to work on. Metal is too loud for me banging shit on. It also scratches things easier.

Ended up costing me about $30 in bolts, brackets and whatnot.
