This might sound like I'm really Anal but the fact is that I have a poured limestone driveway (fairly white sort of creamy colour) and neighbour just installed bore water system which looks fairly dirty (not to mention the smell).

Do i have any council rights to stop him from using it/not spraying on my driveway?

Unless it is directly inpinging your property (ie pointed directly at it and squirting / spraying onto your property) and not just overspray from wind, then I'd guess not a lot.

I have the same problem, our house is only a couple of years old and we have a cream coloured paved driveway, it is already becoming badly stained due to the neighbours bore water overspray going on it. Unfortunately I don't think there is much we can do about it.
