Car vs Power pole
 

Aout an hour ago I was at BP about to fuel up when the power went out. Drove up high road towards leach hwy and saw some smoke, we pulled up to see a little red car had taken out a power pole. I took some phone camera pics will post em up. These guys are so fucken lucky, he hit the pole dead straight on, snapped the pole and pulled down power lines covering the car!

Once emergnecy people where contacted and they guys were safley out of the car we snapped these:

Looks like it's been slammed from behind ?????????

Looks like High Rd in Willetton, plenty of accidents happening on that road

i think that's from the pole falling on the car and kept going..............

ironically right out front of Bettaparts, where i used to get all my spares for the ol' corolla.

must have been doing some decent speed to get right the way through that pole.

yeah the pole landed dead straight too! SO they went way off the road and straight into it... pretty scary, lucky to walk away

holy suffering crap... wonder how fast they were going on impact.

pfft , explains why the lights were out at high road and willeri drive then... heh.

damn lucky for sure..

then again ive seen a lady wrap her mazda 6 around a pole on manning road and walkaway..
