Probably not something you can answer on here but...

Are you chasing their details because their products are a dodgy scam, or because of the details they are giving out about the water?

As others have said.. I can't drink the water here. My last few houses I had no problem, but my current one is just fucking horrible. I can eat / drink pretty much anything and even drink mine site water which is thich enough to coat the kettle an inch thick in calcium deposits every week.

But if I just take one sip of the water out of my tap, I get heartburn and get the taste stuck in mouth all day. My assumption at the moment was towards it being related to new pipework though. New house in a new suburb. Needs a while to flush all the new pipes out...
