So in conclusion to the situation I was having with my phone.
I did a backup on my PC using Samsung Kies, Factory reset the phone, Installed all the stuff from PC to phone, and all is good now..
Well one day into it, and its seems to be running heaps better..

Hi. I just upgraded to the Galaxy note 2 from my old iphone 4. Awesome phone BUT bluetooth is giving me the shits!! My old phone connected to the rex's stock stereo even when I left it in the house by accident but the N2's bluetooth seems to need to be re-setup on the phone every fucking time i get in the car!?!?!?! this is giving me the shits big time. Does anyone know a work around to fix this problem as after trying several play store apps that say they can fix this I am still up the creek without a paddle! HEEELLLPPP!!

I think visibility is the problem. I can select visible to all nearby bluetooth devices in the BT menu but it has a ticker and times out after 2 min! How in the heck can you disable the time out?
