Coffee Shops (SOR) Whats Good
Don't venture out to the dark side all that much and wondering where the good coffee shops are.
Bonus points for something that has easy access to riverside walk, alternately places quirky, artsy, rustic would be nice as well. Cheers, |
Lo Quay - Riverton
Lo Quay on river next to old Riverton Bridge on Fern Road, Riverton (or Wilson?). Open 8.00am to 5.00pm every day. Good for brekkies, lunches, coffee. Busy on Sunday, but plenty of shade and grass if tables not available. Junction of several main bike paths, and quite a nice spot of the Canning River.

Cheers Chris, definitely added to cafe bucket list. Should have added its more of an evening thing during week.

The Roastery is not bad. It's in Souther River Cnr of Warton and Holmes street.

x2 nice spot. I have biked and kayaked there. watch out for dickheads using Fern rd as a racetrack. stay away from deep water point cafe! shit overpriced food and coffee and staff couldn't give a toss |
The Roastery is good, also a very good customer of mine.
Elixir in Nedlands, best in Perth. Best in CBD is Maven Espresso. Velvet is solid, but we will see what happens now that it's been sold. |
Gino's, Freo.
