Motorbike GPS Systems

Hey Guys,

Looking for recommendations for a motorbike riding friend of mine and I'm pretty sure there are a few of you here on the forums that have bikes. It is a touring bike not so much a racer.

After looking at reviews and asking a few people all ready, these two have come up

1. The BMW Nav 4 which is $1800 fitted up.
2. The Strike GPS which is $ 595 fitted up.

Just wondering if anyone else has anything to recommend apart from these two or if they have there own review on using either of the above.

Thanks in advance!

I use my iPhone mounted with a Ram Mount and the TomTom app. Get music, phone calls and voice directions as well as the screen to see where you're going.

Thanks mate, he's going to be writing it off as a gift from someone so think that's why he's looking at the above options. Ill tell him about that though as well.

I just use a tomtom and a ram mount. Super secure (never felt like it would fall) no issues in 4ish years of using it.

Ram mounts are awesome! When I came off my bike and went for a tumble, the phone stayed in the cradle safe & sound and my earphone lead snapped instead!
